The Story is an exciting approach to the Bible and your personal understanding of the events that happen there. The Story is told as a continuous event from creation to the end of time. Each week you will read a chapter in the book The Story. At the end of 31 weeks of reading you will have traversed the Bible from the beginning to the end. You will have covered the highlights and hopefully have a better understanding of the message God is trying to teach each of us. Each week Pastor Bob will share a message from the section of The Story you are reading. This message will be designed to focus in on your personal growth and understanding of what has been presented in the section of The Story for that week. Each week you can also pick up a copy of the study lesson/quiz and see how much you have learned. Then on Wednesday evenings Pastor Bob will take you through the highlights of that weeks lessons and answer any questions you may have. The messages Pastor Bob shares on Sunday will be posted here and can be watched online at any time starting the week after they are presented in church. Pick up your copy of The Story, The Heart of the Story and Exploring the Story at church this Sunday along with your study guides. You can also read the references, which are posted here, from any Bible and keep up that way. Each Week read the chapter from The Story and the same numbered chapter from The Heart of the Story. Just Check the date. The week number is next to it. Then read the two chapters. There is also a reference companion called Exploring the Story. Each chapter is linked to the same 31 week period of time. You might want to look it this first so that you get a quick overview of who and what you will be thinking about for that week. You will only get out of this what you put in to it. "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.
